At Diamond Trailers, we strive to ensure we not only meet, but exceed our
client’s expectations. All our trailers are “freshly” made to order, thereby,
always ensuring the latest and best designs, technology, standards and
workmanship, guaranteed.
Diamond Trailers are made from the highest quality components, all of
which meet the SABS’s stringent requirements set for trailers builders.
Diamond Trailers are manufactured from A-Grade steel, using the thickest
wall structure available for any given trailer. We do not compromise on quality,
using 2mm tubing, 6mm channel iron and 3mm expanded metal (mesh) for the
structural base of our trailers.
Diamond Trailers specializes in manufacturing custom built trailers.
Built to the clients requirements, for the client’s requirements. This means
that you are not forced to buy a trailer from a stock yard which does not meet
your precise requirement. If you order a 5.2m trailer, why settle for a 5m or 6m
trailer? Why buy a 2.5 ton trailer when you need a 3.2 ton trailer? We
manufacture what you want, when you want.
The Diamond Trailers, recreational range of trailers, (bike, quad, jet
ski) are built mainly from 2mm tubing and 3mm expanded metal. Our heavy duty and
custom built range of trailers are built using a 6mm A-Frame channel and 2mm
steel floors. We do NOT compromise on the strength of our trailers.
The “goodkoop is duurkoop” philosophy is one we strongly believe in.
Our standard finish on our trailers, is an etch primer followed by 2 coats of
hamerite paint in charcoal. Galvanising is an optional extra for trailers
spending time at the coast. Although a costly expense, the life out of the
trailer would be extended and beneficial.
All Diamond Trailers are backed by a 1 year, no nonsense warranty.
